Civilians killed and cattle stolen in Markoye, Burkina Faso
At least 4 civilians were killed in Markoye, Burkina Faso, while doing field work. Cattle were also taken away.
Attack against the posts of Zantiguila and Koulikoro.
At least 06 people were killed, including soldiers, wounded and missing this Friday in an attack on the checkpoint of Zantiguila and Koulikoro. Sweep and security operations are underway in the area.

Conversion from JNIM to EIGS
EI is releasing footage of JNIM members being retrained in its Sahelian affiliate. This change of camp occurred in the first half of 2022 following quarrels within JNIM.
