On December 01 and 02, 2021, Burkinabè and Niger forces launched simultaneous artillery and air support assaults on suspected terrorist bases in Tankougounadie (Yagha) and Yeritagui (Gourma). Twelve terrorists were killed and six soldiers wounded.
